Hearty, traditional, modern food
Our food is rooted in good, local and environmentally friendly raw materials. Nature with its plants, fruit, fish and wildlife is an essential part of our food philosophy.

We aim for gastronomical experiences with as little environmental impact as possible and a development of Gotlandic culinary tradition with modern techniques.
Our own plantation is a central part of the dining experience, spices and vegetables will be harvested daily from the garden. We work with local ecological producers in the southern parts of the island such as Lassens Gårdsodlingar in När and Anderse Gårdsodlingar in Lau. We bake fresh bread daily. Our restaurant and it's menues are seasonal.
