We serve wild, kind and modern dining. In our restaurant we don’t take shortcuts. We source ingredients from the surrounding nature, tastes of the island, the beach and the woods, from our own garden and cook them with love, inventiveness, old and mocern techniques to lift the natural flavours. Our dining rooms are living history and in the evenings the athmosphere brings you back to the of turn of the century. We adapt the menu to the season and supply, our lust and inspiration.

Dining rooms

In our turn of the century dining rooms we serve flavours from the Gotlandish wilderness, from the rocky beaches, the forrest and the harvest of herbs, flowers, vegetables and fruits from our own garden. The set menus are based on these ingredients and their optimal preparation. The menu comes in two sizes – Small and Big – the big menu starts off with a guided tour in the garden.

The Pikanteria

Our peruvian veranda was born in 2015 out of the family’s love for good food and travels. The peruvian kitchen has many influences, many from Asia, offering dishes that are both “picante” in a southamerican way and fresh in an asian way. It’s perfect food for warm summer evenings, together with a cold beer or a chilled glass of wine.  We recommend to eat 2-3 dishes per person, kind of like tapas! Small dishes are 50-150 sek.
